This site is devoted to discussion and sharing of techniques concerning tantra, sacred sexuality, wiccan, pagan and also tantra sex. Church of the East grew up in North India where we inherited Jesus' teaching to St. Mary Magdalene concerning sacred sensuality and holistic healing -- aspects of which are nowadays referred to as tantra and sacred sexuality.

Tantra is a holistic lifestyle that has more to do with sacred sensuality and holistic being than merely with having good sex. While sacred sexuality --the act of sexual intimacy --is a part of the lifestyle it is by no means the greater part. Tantra and sacred sexuality is a Way of being, a worldview, an attitude to EVERYTHING in life.

This site carries small informative articles and deep teaching esoteric teaching on tantra and sacred sexuality. This is a Church of the East site and our material will naturally reflect the teaching of The Magdalenes on these important aspects of a sacred lifestyle.

St. Magdalene and St. Tomas inherited from Jesus our Lord the sacred teaching of spiritually liberating sexuality.  Some may argue that the earliest church grew up in North India alongside the Kama Sutra (often erroneously called the karma sutra) culture of Tantric yoga and therefore assimilated this culture. We know different because our Holy Scripture teaches us that Jesus taught Mary Magdalene (who was a child prostitute when he met her) the art of sacred sensuality as a holy Way to enlightenment. Sacred sexuality is so much more than just having good sex, and maybe indulging in some Wicca ritual before --it is an holistic lifestyle that encompass one's entire being.
