We regard spirituality to be the immediate result of one's commitment to walk The Way. We may do things to help us develop and maintain our spirituality -- such as to study Scripture, be attentive to Initiation, do Meditation, attend congregate Worship, maintain a Holistic balance, do Works of Mercy, maintain our physical bodies and our mental states, etc. But the immediate result of all of the above and whatever else we do is our spirituality.

One's Spirituality is not only a state of mind, it is the result of one's state of mind -- it is seen in one's lifestyle and day to day conduct.

One's Spirituality is not only a gauge of the relative health of one's spirit -- it is an holistic expression of the state of the spirit.

Spirituality is expressed in one's lifestyle and daily conduct. Is is also that which governs the mind's processes.

God creates us as sexual beings and our sexuality is an expression of God's love. 

Our sexuality is a vehicle of communication--and communication is a two-way process. Spoken words are audible, and the sexual energy we charge those words with carry an additional message.  Even without words we understand sexually charged communication.  We can know to reach out and hold, without being asked in words to do so.  Such communication can raise us to great heights.  Never losing touch with our sexuality, and always taking care to know our communication is charged with healing and loving intent--is the beginning of Sacred Sensuality.

Our sexuality is a visible and outward sign--unless of course we choose to lock it up, kill it and allow it to die. Not a sign of our gender or the role we play, but of our inner and spiritual grace, our experience and expression of love toward all creation. 

Our sexuality is the ultimate expression of self-giving love ... love of self, love of your partner and love of God.  Our sexuality should be intense, total, electrifying and without mischievous intent--sacred sexuality.
